AisonaHouse shares general information about home warranty coverage for household systems and appliances. This material is educational and is not legal, financial or insurance advice.

AisonaHouse does not carry out repairs, does not issue warranty contracts and does not decide the outcome of service requests. Coverage, limits, fees and exclusions are set out in the written contract of the plan a homeowner chooses.

Accounts and Eligibility

The site is meant for adults who can enter a binding agreement. Anyone who opens an account agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information
  • Keep login details private and the account for personal use
  • Update details promptly when they change
  • Accept responsibility for activity under the account

Text Messages and Consent

Users who tick the consent boxes on the signup form agree to receive the text messages described there. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Replying STOP ends messages, and replying HELP returns assistance details. Message and data rates may apply and frequency may vary.
